Who we are

CraneLight Studio LLC (New Mexico, USA), the developer of Leave a Light On. Contact: support@cranelightstudio.com.

What we collect, and why

Only your email address, language preference, submission time, and the version of the consent text you agreed to. Purpose: to record your interest in the launch. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

No email yet

We are not sending messages during this collection-only phase. Before launch updates begin, we will send one confirmation request. Only confirmed addresses will receive those updates or count toward any public registration total.

Who processes it

The list is stored in our own database on Google Cloud (US). No email-delivery provider receives it during this collection-only phase. We never sell or share the list for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until 90 days after launch, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. If we later ask you to confirm and you do not, we will delete the unconfirmed record rather than use it for launch updates.

Your rights

To delete, access, or correct this registration, or make any other request (GDPR Arts. 15–21, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority), email support@cranelightstudio.com. If email delivery begins later, every message will also include an unsubscribe link.

Age

This list is for people 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect addresses from anyone younger; if one reaches us, we delete it.

取得する情報と利用目的

収集のみを行う現段階では、メールを送信しません。リリース情報の配信前に1回の確認をお願いし、確認済みのアドレスのみを配信や公開登録数に使用します。

委託・保管

名簿は当社の Google Cloud(米国)上のデータベースで保管します。収集のみを行う現段階では、メール配信事業者に提供しません。第三者への販売・広告目的の提供は行いません。

保存期間

リリース後90日まで保存しますが、それ以前でも削除を請求できます。後日確認をお願いした場合、確認されなかった記録は配信に使用せず削除します。

配信停止・お問い合わせ

削除・開示・訂正などのご請求は support@cranelightstudio.com までご連絡ください。後日メール配信を開始する場合、すべてのメールに配信停止リンクを設けます。

本登録は16歳以上の方を対象としています。

• 蒐集機構:CraneLight Studio LLC(美國新墨西哥州),《留燈 (Leave a Light On)》開發商。
• 蒐集目的:行銷(特定目的項目代號 040)——僅限於遊戲上線通知與上線前少量消息的寄送。
• 個人資料類別:電子郵件地址、語言偏好,以及同意紀錄(時間與同意文字版本)。
• 利用期間:至上線後 90 日止,或在你更早請求刪除時終止。若日後請你確認而你未確認,該筆資料不用於寄送上線消息並會刪除。
• 利用地區:美國(名單儲存於本公司 Google Cloud 資料庫)。目前不寄送郵件,也不將名單提供給郵件服務商。
• 利用對象及方式:僅本公司與 Google Cloud,用於儲存上線登記;不出售、不作廣告用途提供第三人。開始寄送上線消息前,會先向你取得確認。
• 你的權利:依個資法第3條,你得查詢、請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、補充或更正、請求停止蒐集/處理/利用、請求刪除。請寄 support@cranelightstudio.com。日後若開始寄信,每封郵件皆會附免費取消訂閱方式。
• 不提供之影響:你可自由選擇是否提供。若不提供,僅是不會收到上線通知,不影響你日後遊玩遊戲的任何權益。

本名單僅限 16 歲以上人士登記。

保存多久

你的权利

删除、查询、更正或其他请求,请发信至 support@cranelightstudio.com。日后如开始发信,每封邮件都会附退订链接。
